Robin Trust’s Founder, Leslie McLeod-Downes.

OUR HISTORY

Robin Trust was founded in 1993 by nurse Leslie McLeod-Downes. Her ailing daughter, Robyn, required specialised nursing care and Leslie recognised the lack of qualified carers in the Cape Town area.

This is how Leslie’s vision for Robin Trust was born. She started to train carers to provide home-based care services via an agency.
